Kentucky coach Billy Gillispie has repeatedly said he and his staff never stop recruiting.

After looking to add another player for the 2008-2009 season for some months now, Gillispie finally turned over enough stones to make one last addition.

The Cats added Donald Williams to its roster on Wednesday, a 6-foot-4 shooting guard from Temple Hills (Md.) Progressive Christian, Kentucky Ink learned today.

Williams joins Kevin Galloway, Josh Harrellson, DeAndre Liggins and Darius Miller in the 2008 recruiting class and is the 13th and final scholarship player on the roster.

Williams chose the Cats over scholarship offers from Marquette, St. John's, UAB and New Orleans.

A player in the typical Gillispie mold--long and athletic--Williams thrives as an athletic slasher who can get to the rim.

More information as it becomes available.
