Vinny Zollo Commits
Marc Maggard of Kentucky Ink has learned that Vinny Zollo, a 6'8" soon to be sophmore from Greenfield Ohio has committed to the University of Kentucky.  Zollo, who was scheduled to meet with Gillispie today had been rumored to be close to a commitment just before leaving for his visit.

This marks the fourth commitment in the last week for the University of Kentucky, spanning recruiting classes from 2008 (Josh Harrellson), 2010 (Dominique Ferguson), 2012 (Michael Avery) and now 2011 with Vinny Zollo.

It is obvious that Gillispie is not going to waste time to find and acquire the talent he believes is needed to bring the Kentucky program back to prominance.
